I believe that it's conpletely acceptable to be donating the 1 million dollars Nelly got from Gadhafi back to Free the Childern in order to build schools for the girls on Kenya. She may not have been completely aware of the issues in Libya therefore did not find guilt in taking the 1 million dollars from the dictator considering many other celeberties preform for Gadhafi aswell and none of the money makes it back to africa. I believe Nelly Furtado is doing a wonderful thing.

Leadership was the first place I heard about Pat Tillman and my first impression was that he is a very heroic man due to his consideration for his country. Pat had everything that every American dreamed about and he gave it all up to sacrifice his life for his country in search for the culprits of the 9/11 tragedy.

No, in fact I don't believe we are all capable of tremendous acts of leadership due to certain peoples lack of confidence and entitlment. Many will not stand up to be a leader when many others are present. For example when a woman ran down the street in New York running from a murder a total of 38 people witnessed the situation and not one person called the police becasue they didn't feel they needed to step up to be a leader becasue someone else would have. She was killed later that night.

Definition Of Leadership

My definition of leadership is to delegate and guide ones through the completion of tasks. Your not a leader if you have no followers, your not a follower if you have no leader.
